Roasted Cabbage Wedges topped with Bacon

This one is from Ruth who picks up in Aspinwall. Thanks Ruth! for this simple but obviously delicious idea to enjoy cabbage.

Ruth writes this is her, "newest and favorite
cabbage recipe.  Cut it into wedges (8 per
Half a head), drizzle with olive oil, top with
a slice of bacon and roast it.

It is delicious and gets those in my family who
think 'anything topped with bacon must be good'
to eat their cabbage!"
