Creamy Corn Chowder

A quick and easy family favorite!

Olive Oil
1 Medium Onion, chopped
3 C. Potatoes, diced (keep skins on)
1 Can Corn (15 oz) (or use frozen/fresh)
1 Can Creamed Corn (15 oz)
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
2 TBSP Bacos (vegetarian style soup)
2 Slices Bacon (meat-eater soup)
2 C. Milk

Vegetarian: Use Olive Oil in pan to saute onions till soft. Add Bacos.
Meat-eater: Chop Bacon into small pieces and cook. Add onion and cook till soft.

Both: Add potatoes and 1 C. h2o. Bring to boil and cover and cook gently till potatoes are soft. Mash gently leaving lumps.

Add 2 Cans Corn, Milk, Salt, Pepper and simmer till well heated, 15 minutes.
