Verde Tortilla Soup with Chicken and Tomatillo's

1 lb (more or less) Chicken chucked/cubed/shredded, Jalapeno, Onion, Garlic, Lots of Tomatillo's:
 - Cook chicken. Cook other ingredients. Combine

Chicken Stock:
 - Add Stock and simmer a few minutes.

Corn:
 - Add at end of cooking.

Corn Tortillas:
 - Cut into strips, onto baking sheet @ 425 until crisp

Lime Juice/Zest, Cilantro or Parsley, Green Onions, Avocado Slices, Sour Cream(these can all be optional depending on your taste):
 - Add at end 

Top with crispy tortillas and optional ingredients above. You could roast/char the tomatillo's/peppers/corn/etc. under the broiler first to kick it up a notch.
