Stuffed Pepper Soup: The Lazy Mans Stuffed Pepper

1-2 lbs Ground Beef
28 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
28 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Onion Chopped
3 Garlic Cloves , Chopped
2 C. or 2 Large Green Peppers Chopped (Red Bells are good too)
1 C. Rice (2 C. cooked), white/brown
1 Tbs Chili Seasoning
Marjoram/Oregano, optional
1/8 C. Brown Sugar
2 Tsp. Beef Bouillon and Water 2 Quarts or Use Broth(Beef/Chicken)
Salt n Pepper
*All measurements should be adjusted depending on your taste.

Cook and Drain Meat and Onion, adding in spices and garlic near end of cooking. Add Tomato Sauce and water and bring to boil. Add rice, green peppers and everything else. Cook until done.
*** Or, Cook rice separately and add the cooked rice on top at the end. This will prevent it from getting overcooked and mushy. The soup will also freeze better without the rice included.
