Super Easy, Super Delicious Crumb Recipe

Rhubarb Plant
1 1/2 C. Flour
1/2 C. Sugar
1 1/2 teas. Baking Powder
1 stick Margarine/Butter, room temp.
1 Egg
1 - 1 1/2 C. Rhubarb(chopped) and other mixed fruit. All types of fruits work great: I've used apples, blueberries, raspberries, peaches, and strawberries.

Use a 9'' pie pan or similar sized Pyrex dish.

Mix by hand: Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Margarine and Egg. Pat 1/2 of mixture into pan/pie plate then pour in fresh fruit. Make crumbs with the other 1/2 of flour mixture and place on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

You may want to double the recipe and make two pans. You'll need another pan to eat after your guests leave.

Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
